Group Fitness

Train with a friend, a spouse or join a group to share the total body workout experience in a supportive environment.

Even though you will not be the only person training, you will receive attention to your individual needs and fitness goals.

You'll learn how to do partner assisted exercises to increase the range of physical challenges while also making it fun and engaging.

Working out with others can also introduce an element of competitiveness which is a great way to stay motivated throughout your workouts.
