About Me

I'm a Personal Trainer with an edge. Using the insider knowledge and experience of my professional fighting career and intensive athletic training, I will break the mold on your "average workout" and help you get real results. I will work with you to create a customized program to fit your specific needs, drawing from what I've learned in over 20 years of fighting and training.

What You Can Expect

I am humble in my approach, and treat each trainee with respect and compassion. All I ask from you is to put in the effort, and under the bodyweight regimine, you will attain your goals. You can expect a challenging and meaningful workout. As a result you'll:

  • Increase muscle recruitment to create greater power and work levels to accelerate calorie expenditure resulting in weight loss
  • Improve your stability, posture, balance and agility to avoid injury and falls, increase joint mobility to eliminate low back, shoulder or knee pain
  • Enhance muscle flexibility and eliminate joint stiffness, increase total body strength and power for greater energy with daily or athletic activities
  • Develop quicker muscle response time which will keep you feeling young.
